
1:1 Personal Training (PT) is ideal for those who are new to exercise, those who have fitness goals that require a specific programme or simply those who prefer a private session and a more personal approach. The process starts with an informal meeting to discuss your needs, your time scale and what you love, and hate, to do in a gym! We will then write you a plan based on what you want to achieve, that will be delivered in 1:1 private sessions. We can also include exercises to do at home, plus advise you of classes to include in your programme that will help you achieve your fitness goals and have some fun whilst doing it!
All our PT sessions are held in our private gym where you have exclusive use of the equipment, no one else will be there so you are guaranteed privacy and a safe space in which to train. Great if you are new to exercise and haven't yet developed confidence in your ability or technique! We have a wide range of equipment, which means that your sessions will always be varied and challenging, whilst focussing on your needs and abilities. The session will run at a pace you are comfortable with but develop your fitness and encourage you to try and achieve things you never thought you could. More experienced athletes will be surprised at the range of equipment available to vary their training and push their fitness to new and exciting levels.
Our PT training includes regular reviews of your progress and goals to ensure you are always moving forward and developing your fitness and confidence, we want you to succeed and will work with you to achieve the great things we know you are capable of!
Your initial consultation is free and you can pay as you go for sessions if you don't feel you can commit to our monthly package. When you feel you are ready, our monthly PT membership offers great value and the ability to try a weekly class as part of the package. A great way to meet other gym members and become part of the Body Positive community, a big part of what makes the gym special!
