Classes

At Body Positive Fitness we  believe that getter fitter doesn't have to be miserable, lonely or scary! We run a range of classes, from 30mins long to an hour, that are accessible to all, but challenging, and always loads of fun. From Boxfit to our fabulous Saturday sesh, the classes can work your whole body, or focus on particular areas, and are packed full of a wide range of different exercises, using a impressive array of equipment! There's something for everyone regardless of fitness or experience and we're are always listening to our members and adapting our timetable to meet your needs.
