Glute-tastic Thursday

A whole session dedicated to the lower body! Work and tone your glutes, hamstrings, quads etc (Bum and legs!) The sessions vary weekly and can be bodyweight exercises, bandwork, weighted exercises or paired work. Sometimes it's timed and sometimes it's about doing fewer reps but doing them precisely or slowly. A really popular class that stays on the timetable because our members love it! Never boring and always fun, plus it starts with a brew!
