Always different, always fun and always accessible! These classes aim to work the whole body, although sometimes clients ask to target a specific area and we're always happy to oblige! They can include a variety of equipment and methodologies but are filled with variations and alternatives that means they are as challenging as you want them to be! Our secret is keeping our classes small so that everyone can get instructor attention and therefore get the best out of every session. The fitter clients can be encouraged to increase the weight, speed or difficulty of an exercise to ensure maximum benefit whilst those new to exercise can be shown how to use bodyweight, bands and easy options, whilst they build their fitness and confidence! No one left behind, no one held back!!
