Due to popular demand I have decided to put some great 30min HIIT sessions on the timetable! These sessions will include a warm up, HIIT workout and cool down...all in 30 minutes. A range of classes that make the most of our fantastic space, and equipment, and allow us to specialise sessions. Pick from battleropes, trx, kettlebells or boxfit, if you're short on time but still want to get fit, work your whole body and push yourself, then 30 HIIT Blast is for you!
Classes can focus on a particularly piece of equipment or a specific area of the body or be a fabulous whole body session but they're are always full of support, challenge and achievement! All you have to do is pick which ones fit your schedule, come along and be prepared to work hard and have fun!
